Lose the "So and so has logged on."

I notice that every time I crash, there's a wave of 20 or so people logging on the second I come back. They all log in at the same time too, which makes the spam of the messages equal to that of FM channel 1 in GMS. >> Lose that and it'll probably reduce some of the lag.
