Lost items*reopen*

Dear players,We notice that due to server crashes there has been mysterious cases of items disappearing,however we will refund your items but it will be clean not scrolled or whatsoever and average stat sorry.

Don't need screen shot anymore!!

Edit:I can't refund cash item and any human body or animal body parts sorry.
